36-20B-46. Respondent to have access to investigatory report and evidence. An individual with practice privileges under the provisions of §36-20B-66 or 36-20B-67 against whom a complaint has been issued under this section may, reasonably in advance of the hearing, examine and copy the report of investigation, if any, and any documentary or testimonial evidence and summaries of anticipated evidence in the board's possession relating to the subject matter of the complaint. The board shall adopt rules, promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, governing proceedings under this section to specify the manner in which such right may be exercised.
