Continuing professional education or peer review as condition for reissuance of certificate, license or permit.Before reissuing or terminating the suspension of a certificate, license, permit, or registration under this section or of practice privileges under the provisions of §36-20B-66 or 36-20B-67, and as a condition thereto, the board may require the applicant to show successful completion of specified continuing professional education. The board may make the reinstatement of a certificate, license, permit, or registration or of practice privileges under the provisions of §36-20B-66 or 36-20B-67 conditional and subject to satisfactory completion of a peer review conducted in such manner as the board may specify.
