36-21A-63. Approved courses for continuing education--List maintained--Standards.The commission may accept attendance at approved lectures, seminars or courses as continuing education. The commission shall maintain a current list of approved sessions or courses of instruction. The commission shall, by rule promulgate pursuant to chapter 1-26, set standards and fees for the approval of seminars or courses as continuing education. Source: SL 1992, ch 273, §63.
