36-25-24. Initial apprentice license fees--Temporary license fees.The commission shall promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, on fees for an initial apprentice license, the license's annual renewal, and a temporary license. The temporary license fees must be paid prior to taking the examination for the first time. No fee may exceed fifty dollars.
