36-26-23. Expiration and renewal of licenses--Renewal fee.All licenses issued by the board shall expire on the first day of January of the second year succeeding the issuance thereof. A license may be renewed every two years upon the payment of a fee to be fixed by the board. Source: SL 1975, ch 22, §23.
