Section 36-26-5 - Terms of appointment

36-26-5. Terms of appointment.Appointments to the board shall be for terms of three years, beginning on October thirty-first. The appointee's term shall expire on October thirtieth in the third year of appointment. No member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms.
