36-27A-20. Reexamination after failure to pass--Additional fee.An applicant who fails to pass the oral examination required by this chapter is entitled to reexamination within six months upon payment of an additional fee, not to exceed two hundred dollars, to be set by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists in rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26. One reexamination exhausts the privilege under the original application. An applicant who fails to pass the written examination required by this chapter is entitled to reexamination within six months upon payment of an additional fee directly to the national examination company.
