36-27A-21. Application for license--Forms--Verification--Fee--Supporting evidence.In applying for licensing, an applicant shall apply on forms prescribed by the Board of Examiners of Psychologists. The board shall require that the application be verified by a notary public. The license fee shall accompany the application. The board shall require each applicant to give evidence of the quality, scope, and nature of the applicant's experience and education.
