36-32-89. Violations reported to law enforcement officials--Prosecution of violations. The board shall investigate an alleged violation of any provision of this chapter, pursuant to the procedures set forth in chapter 36-1C, and report the alleged violation. The board may employ special counsel subject to the supervision, control, and direction of the attorney general to assist in the prosecution of alleged criminal violations and may expend the necessary funds for this purpose.
