36-33-37 . Use of certain titles by unlicensed persons--Prohibition. Unless licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, no person may use the titles: marital therapist, marriage counselor, family therapist, licensed marital therapist, licensed marriage counselor, licensed family therapist, or licensed marriage and family therapist, or any other similar title.
