36-33-71 . Standards and procedures--Promulgation of rules. The board may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26 , to: (1) Set standards for professional practice; and (2) Establish procedures for application, licensure, eligibility, renewals, continuing education, supervision, and the examination of an applicant for and a holder of licensure as a licensed marriage and family therapist.
