Application of chapter to ongoing recognition, certification, or licensure.Nothing in this chapter may be construed to limit the ongoing recognition, certification, or licensure of any person at the level of recognition, certification, or licensure and for the time period established under the former South Dakota Chemical Dependency Counselor Certification Board or the Certification Board for Alcohol and Drug Professionals.
