Section 36-34-4 - Removal of member by Governor--Vacancy

36-34-4. Removal of member by Governor--Vacancy.The Governor may remove any member of the board for cause. If there is a vacancy on the board the Governor shall appoint a new member to serve the unexpired term. No member of the board may serve for more than three successive full terms.
