36-34-9. Acceptance, deposit, and use of funds--Continuous appropriation.The board may accept any funds which may be made available to it from any source. All funds received by the board shall be paid to the state treasurer weekly or as prescribed by the state treasurer. The state treasurer shall keep the money in a separate account for the board. The money in that account is continuously appropriated to the board for administering and enforcing this chapter.
