Declaration of oxygenate for labeling purposes.The distributor or supplier shall provide the retailer or distributor at the time of delivery of any gasoline, on an invoice, bill of lading, shipping paper, or other documentation a declaration of any oxygenate or combination of oxygenates present in a concentration of two percent or more by volume in the gasoline.
