37-5B-35. Investigations.The director may make such public or private investigations within or outside of this state as the director deems necessary to determine if any person has violated or is about to violate any rule, order, or provision under this chapter or to aid in the enforcement of this chapter and in the prescribing of rules and forms under this chapter.
