Nonresidents entitled to protection of containers.Any person residing out of the state, or any corporation organized under the laws of any other state or territory, engaged in the business mentioned in §37-6-28, shall be entitled to the privilege and protection of §§37-6-28 to 37-6-30, inclusive, if he or it shall cause the record to be made, as provided in §37-6-28, in the office of the register of deeds of the county or counties where he, or it, or his, or its duly authorized agents have their place of business within this state.
