37-7-4. Definitions.Terms used in this chapter mean:(1)'Indian,' any person who is enrolled or who is a lineal descendant of one enrolled upon the enrollment listing of a recognized Indian tribe domiciled within the United States;(2)'Indian handcrafted,' the production by hand of products solely by Indians within the United States.
