Aggregating amount involved to determine degree of punishment.In calculating the amount involved in deceptive act violations pursuant to this chapter, whether from the same person or several persons, committed pursuant to one scheme or course of conduct, the amount may be aggregated in determining the degree of punishment of the scheme or course of conduct of the deceptive acts.
