Attorney general's approval of application required prior to solicitation--Period for review--Basis for denial of registration.No paid solicitor may commence a solicitation until the application is reviewed and approved by the attorney general. The attorney general shall review the application within forty-five days of receiving the application. The attorney general, pursuant to chapter 1-26, may deny registration of a paid solicitor if the application fails to comply with this chapter and rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26.
