Section 38-1-11 - Executive assistants--Oath

Executive assistants--Oath.The secretary of agriculture and natural resources shall, with the advice and consent of the Governor, appoint executive assistants as may be authorized by law or as may be necessary to the efficient administration of the duties of the office. Each appointed executive assistant shall qualify by taking and filing the constitutional oath of office with the secretary of state.
