38-5-3. Duties of other public officers and employees.It shall be the duty of other public officers and employees within the state to comply with and perform all the duties imposed upon them or required by the provisions of cooperative agreements entered into pursuant to §38-5-1 and the directions of the secretary of agriculture and natural resources.
