38-11-8. Rules, regulations, and orders for execution of powers.The State Seed Certification Board is hereby authorized to make orders for the execution of the powers conferred upon it and the performance of its duties, so as to effectuate, enforce, and carry out promptly and efficiently the provisions of the statutes relating to its duties, powers, and jurisdiction.
