38-18-35. Promulgation of rules for honey industry fund.The department may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:(1)The procedures for obtaining a declaratory ruling;(2)The procedures for collecting assessments for bee locations;(3)The procedures for collecting delinquent assessments;(4)The record-keeping and reporting requirements of honey producers or beekeepers with bee locations within the state.
