38-18-8. Movable frames required in hives--Violation as misdemeanor.Any person engaged in beekeeping shall provide movable frames in all hives in their apiary, and cause the bees to construct brood combs in the frames so that any of the frames may be removed from the hive without causing injury to other combs in the hive.
