38-19-36. Rules and regulations for labeling, storage, and distribution.For enforcement of this chapter, the secretary of agriculture and natural resources may promulgate, pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1-26, rules relating to labeling, storage, licensing, sampling, inspection, analysis, and distribution of commercial fertilizers to carry into effect the full intent and meaning of this chapter.
