38-20-33. Deposit of contributions in grasshopper control fund--Use of fund.Funds received under §38-20-32 together with the available federal funds shall by the secretary of agriculture and natural resources be deposited with the state treasurer in the fund to be designated as grasshopper control fund, and which fund shall be paid out on warrants of the state auditor on vouchers duly approved by the secretary.
