38-20-34. Grasshoppers--Control and destruction--Agreements by department.The Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States Department of Agriculture, other state and federal agencies, and with local grasshopper control committees to promote the control and destruction of grasshoppers. The department is also authorized to enter into a cost-sharing program with these agencies and committees if funds are made available pursuant to chapter 4-8A or other funds available to the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
