38-22-23.7. Initial officers of board--Election.At its first annual meeting, the county weed and pest board shall elect a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and a treasurer. The positions of secretary and treasurer may be consolidated at the discretion of the board and need not be members of the board. Source: SL 1983, ch 282, §32.
