38-22-32. Department assisting boards--Agreements with federal agencies--Employment and purchases authorized.The Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources may assist, advise, and coordinate the county weed and pest boards. The secretary of agriculture and natural resources may enter into cooperative agreements with any state or federal agency to accomplish the purposes of this chapter, and he may employ such assistance and purchase such supplies and equipment as may be necessary.
