38-22-9. Determination and publication of lists of state weeds and pests.The South Dakota Weed and Pest Control Commission, pursuant to rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of chapter 1-26, may determine which plants and animals shall be considered to be weeds and pests and shall from time to time prepare, and the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall publish, a list of state weeds and pests.
