38-24A-15. Issuance of search warrants.The appropriate circuit and magistrate courts in this state shall have authority to issue search warrants for such inspections upon a showing by the secretary of agriculture and natural resources that there is probable cause to believe that there exists in or on the property to be inspected a pest, host, or other article subject to the provisions of this chapter.
