38-24A-19. Citation of chapter--Additional to other powers.This chapter shall be known as the South Dakota Plant Quarantine Act and may not be construed to repeal any existing authority of the secretary of agriculture and natural resources but shall be in addition to any powers conferred upon the secretary by chapters 38-18, 38-22, and 38-24B.
