38-24A-3. Suppression and control activities authorized.The secretary of agriculture and natural resources, either independently or in cooperation with counties or political subdivisions thereof, municipalities, farmers' associations or similar organizations, individuals, federal agencies, or agencies of other states, is authorized to carry out operations or measures to locate, suppress, control, prevent, or retard the spread of pests.
