38-33-4. Election of officers--Quorum--Calling meetings.The commission shall annually elect a chair and a vice chair. A majority of voting members constitutes a quorum. All meetings of the commission shall be called by the chair except that special meetings may be called by three members of the commission. The commission shall adopt procedures for the calling of special meetings. Source: SL 2001, ch 219, §6.
