39-1-1.1. Division of Legal and Regulatory Services functions.The Division of Legal and Regulatory Services of the Department of Public Safety shall perform the functions previously performed by the Department of Agriculture pursuant to chapters 39-4 and 39-13, except the authority to regulate bottled water quality which the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources shall perform.
