Interference with official performance of duty as misdemeanor.Any person who in any manner hinders, obstructs, or interferes with the secretary of agriculture and natural resources, the secretary of public safety, or any one of their deputies, inspectors, or employees, in the performance of any duty under the provisions of this title, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
