Disclosure of trade formulas not required.Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as requiring or compelling proprietors or manufacturers of proprietary foods, which contain no unwholesome ingredients, to disclose their trade formulas, except insofar as the provisions of this chapter, or the rules and regulations of the Division of Commercial Inspection and Licensing may require to secure freedom from adulteration or misbranding.
