39-5-43. Circuit court jurisdiction.The circuit court of South Dakota is hereby vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce, and to prevent and restrain violations of this chapter and shall have jurisdiction in all other kinds of cases arising under this chapter. Source: SL 1968, ch 158, §20.
