Sale of packaged or dispenser milk below Grade A or raw milk without license and permit as misdemeanor.It is a Class 2 misdemeanor to sell bottled, cartoned, or dispenser milk for human consumption other than Grade A milk or raw milk for human consumption from a producer who meets the requirements of §39-6-3.1.
