39-8-11. Conditions constituting adulteration of dessert or mix.A frozen dessert or mix shall be deemed adulterated for purposes of this chapter:(1)If it bears or contains any poisonous or deleterious substance which may render it injurious to health;(2)If any valuable constituent has been in whole or in part omitted or abstracted therefrom or if any substance has been substituted in part or in whole;(3)If it does not conform with the definitions, standards, or other requirements as set forth for the same in this chapter or by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26.
