39-8-14. Violation of chapter or regulations as misdemeanor.Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or the rules and regulations issued thereunder, or who impedes, obstructs, hinders, or prevents the secretary of agriculture and natural resources or his duly authorized agent in performance of his duty in connection with the provisions of the chapter, is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.
