Labeling of desserts sold in packages.Frozen desserts sold in package form as final delivery containers shall be labeled with:(1)Name of the product;(2)The name and address of the manufacturer or distributor and the word manufacturer or distributor whichever is applicable;(3)The size of the container in terms of pints, quarts, or gallons.
