Section 39-14-57 - Prohibited acts

Prohibited acts.The following acts and the causing of such acts within the State of South Dakota are prohibited:(1)The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded;(2)The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;(3)The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated within the meaning of §§39-14-46 to 39-14-53, inclusive;(4)The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under §39-14-71 or 39-14-72;(5)The failure or refusal to obtain a commercial feed license in accordance with §39-14-40.1;(6)The violation of §39-14-70; and(7)Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by §§39-14-43 and 39-14-44.
