39-14-65. Warrant for inspection of premises.If the owner of any factory, warehouse, or establishment described in §39-14-63, or his agent, refuses to admit the secretary of agriculture and natural resources or his agent to inspect in accordance with §§39-14-63 and 39-14-64, the secretary is authorized to obtain from any state court of competent jurisdiction a warrant directing such owner or his agent to submit the premises described in such warrant to inspection.
