39-14-68. Deficiencies determined by official sample and analysis.The secretary of agriculture and natural resources, in determining for administrative purposes whether a commercial feed is deficient in any component, shall be guided by the official sample as defined in subdivision 39-14-39(13) and obtained and analyzed as provided for in §§39-14-62, 39-14-66, and 39-14-67.
