39-14-75. Violation as misdemeanor.Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter which are not otherwise classified or who impedes, hinders or prevents the secretary of agriculture and natural resources or his duly authorized agent in performance of his duty in connection with the provisions of this chapter, commits a Class 2 misdemeanor.
