39-14-81. Rules covering exemption from chapter.The secretary of agriculture and natural resources may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to exempt from the definition of 'commercial feed' in §39-14-39, or from specific provisions of this chapter, commodities such as hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, hulls, and individual chemical compounds, or substances if such commodities, compounds, or substances are not mixed with other materials and are not adulterated within the meaning of §§39-14-45 to 39-14-52, inclusive.
