39-18-42. Analysis result showing adulteration or misbranding forwarded to distributor and purchaser--Portion of sample furnished.When the inspection and analysis of an official sample indicates an animal remedy has been adulterated or misbranded, the results of analysis shall be forwarded by the secretary of agriculture and natural resources to the distributor and the purchaser.
