4-5-29.3 . Indemnity provision--Authorization. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 3-21-13 , the state investment officer may include an indemnity provision in any contract, agreement, or court document related to an investment that involves custody, management, purchase, sale, exchange, or research if the state investment officer determines the inclusion of the indemnity provision is prudent under the circumstances.
